Danvers Community Band

At the beginning of the 1900s, many little towns had a community band to give entertainment to the residents, Danvers Community Band has been preforming since at least 1905. They perform on Sunday nights at 7 p.m. in Danvers Park.

Five concerts each season, occurring every Sunday in July and sometimes the last Sunday in June. There is always a local organization that serves food & ice cream at 5:30 p.m. bringing about 300-400 people that watch their performances every week. Rain or Shine!

The last few years you can find the Danvers Farmers and Craft Market also has taken place near the band stand on concert evenings.
